FAQ
Do you design collections?
No. We work on the tech pack provided by the client. We do not design collections. Our role is to bring your project to a finished product step by step, with responsibility for quality, timing and logistics.
What does your full-package model include?
The full process from tech pack to the client’s warehouse. This includes technical preparation and prototypes, materials and trims sourcing, cutting and sewing, in-line and final quality control, packing, labeling, optional RFID and transport organization. The client has one point of contact and one production partner responsible for the complete process.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is defined individually depending on the product type, construction complexity and material requirements. For standard down jacket styles, we usually start from several hundred pieces per style. After receiving the tech pack, we can provide a concrete estimate and production threshold.
How long does production take from tech pack to shipment?
The standard lead time for a complete order is usually 8–12 weeks, depending on collection complexity, material availability and order size. The prototype phase usually takes around 2–3 weeks. The final schedule is confirmed after tech pack review and material sourcing analysis.
Can I order only prototypes or samples?
Yes. We can support model development and sampling as a separate stage. You can order prototypes, sample sewing or pre-production samples to test quality and execution before committing to bulk production.
Do you produce only down jackets?
Our core specialization is down outerwear, but we also produce selected outerwear and garment categories such as trousers, vests, technical jackets and parkas — always according to the client’s specification.
Where do your materials come from?
We work with verified suppliers from Europe and Asia, selected according to the client’s requirements and product category. Each material batch goes through incoming quality control before being released for production. We can also work with the client’s nominated suppliers.
Do you handle RFID and logistical labeling?
Yes. Where required, we prepare and attach RFID tags, scan each garment before shipment and verify identification during packing. Logistical labeling is adapted to the client’s warehouse standards, including GS1, custom labels or retailer-specific requirements.
How do you control down jacket quality?
We use a multi-level quality control process. This includes incoming control of materials and down, in-line inspection during sewing, filling verification for down chambers and final inspection of finished garments before packing. Inspections are documented according to the client’s requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are usually based on an advance payment after order confirmation and the remaining balance before shipment. Final terms are agreed individually depending on order size, cooperation history and project specifics.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We welcome clients in Józefów, near Warsaw. Factory visits are scheduled in advance so we can show the relevant production stages — from technical preparation and sewing lines to quality inspection and packing.
